Farai is a human resources and reward specialist with experience significant regional experience. Senior HR Professional with experience working with executive committees and board of directors to provide guidance in strategic human resource issues and developing cross-enterprise alliances to align HR with business strategy. Skilled at designing, facilitating and leading human resources interventions that improve business performance, cost containment and employee engagement through organisational development interventions. He has lead HR interventions in Remuneration and Incentive Scheme Design, Organisational Development, HR Policy Development and Review, Performance Management, Job Evaluation, Competency Framework Design locally and regionally. Farai was a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the People and Change Division for 9 years. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics. He is also a Director of a media technology company and a construction company

Experience
Carol is a professional member of the Institute of Personal Management (IPMZ). She holds a BCom in Human Resources from the University of South Africa (UNISA), REDDIN Managerial Effectiveness Certificate, as well as a Systemic Counseling Certificate from the Zimbabwe Institute of Systemic Therapy. Caroline is a former HR Director for one of the leading Hotel Chains in Zimbabwe. She is a past Vice President of CEAZ (Catering Employer’s Association of Zimbabwe). She represented employers’ interest at industry level at the helm of the EMCOZ (Employers Confederation of Zimbabwe) Executive Committee for a 2-year term from 2013 and chaired the EMCOZ Labour Committee. In 2014 she was ranked 7th in the Megafest Top 20 Outstanding Women in Business in Zimbabwe. In February 2017, CHRO Asia in India presented her with a 100 Top Influential Global HR Professionals Award. In March 2017, the Megafest Business Awards awarded her with the Female Director of the Year Award. In May 2017, the Amazon Watch Magazine nominated Caroline as one of Africa’s Top 25 Distinguished Women in Leadership in 2017. Caroline sits on the School Management Board of the Ecole Française de Harare.

Terrence is a highly sought after risk advisory, compliance, corporate governance, and company secretariat specialist, with international experience gained from working for, and with, various organisations in Africa, Europe, and the USA. He has given numerous talks on a wide range of topics in the governance, risk management, corporate social responsibility, sustainability and compliance field to private and public sector delegates in these jurisdictions over the last decade. Terrence is currently a Group Executive Director – Financial Services, Governance, Risk and Compliance with the Diaspora Infrastructure Development Group for Zimbabwe and South Africa. He previously worked for one of the largest metropolitan municipality is South Africa, where he headed up the governance, risk, compliance division and special projects. Prior to that, Terrence was a Senior Manager in the Risk Advisory Services Division at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he consulted to entities in the hospitality, mining, financial services, property development, railways, security, government, healthcare and local authorities, amongst others.
